My husband cleaned yards and interiors of foreclosed homes for sale. He was contracted under ANM Property Preservation, James Mussatti. Pictures were posted to Propertyprezwizard, showing the work that was completed. To date, no payment has been recieved for work that was completed. 16 houses at $35.00 each. Phone calls have not been returned. Unable to make contact with anyone. Listing was posted on Craigslist. Reporting to Texas Workforce Commission and Craigs list as a fraudulent company.
