I got a call from this company (512-661-1542) and the staff tries to pretend you called them. They said they got my information from Craigslist. For a $99 background check they offer you jobs through the banks that own the foreclosed properties for you to complete work either repairs on the properties or cleaning. There is no bidding on the work. The banks are paying you anywhere from $280-$600 per property to make them ready for the sales process. I didn't feel that this company was a reliable trustworthy source, so I researched the bbb.org website and they have an alert on this company. It is believed to be a fraudulent company with 123 complaints. Once you pay your money, you won't get any of the jobs that this company is promising you through a third party (the Banks). Personally, I have contacted at 4 different property preservation companies and banks directly and there are no REO Properties in my area (San Antonio) for this type of work through the companies and banks I contacted. Beware of any company that is requiring to pay any kind of money. You can actually contact these Property Preservation companies and banks yourself for free and most of them will contact you through email. So save yourself some $, and research before you pay. I did and I didnot pay any money. So I didnot get scammed. This information is to help others.
