We used their service on July. No complaint about the service, I paid them $375.00 with a check (#301).
My landlady sent them another check (#3338) on 8/25 because she didn't notice I have already paid. That's fine, I don't blame them for depositing this one, mistakes happen.
I called Jim on 9/25/04 and told him about the problem. He said he would send a refund check of $375.00 the following Monday and never did. I called him 10 days after and he said: "I had death in the family, will refund you the check". He never did.
My landlady talked to him on 10/22 and he said the check would be submitted by Tuesday, 10/26/04. Today is 10/30/04 and I still don't have a refund check. All I want is my $375.00 back.
