I foolishly tried the Original Diet Patch - it doesn't work. I returned unused patches expecting to receive a full refund of $169.95 as their guarantee stated. I did receive the $2.95 trial offer fee after a few e-mails, but have yet to see the main refund.
I tried calling the third party phone number on my credit card statement, but no help there. My last several e-mails have been returned as undeliverable.
I also sent a certified returned receipt letter to the address on the shipping label, but nothing came of that either.
