I approached the corporation before purchasing and got no response. They delivered them and not responded to some of my emails. I've had one reaction from somebody called Drew who apologized and was unacquainted with what my question was. Our question was delivered by mail to [email protected] as well as using the online form on the site. I am unhappy using the method they handled my question and i like in Uk. You will find five links to get hold of the organization about numerous issues and not one of them had the most popular courtesy to response. Additionally there's no-contact number on the site though i were able to discover one via a google search. I sensed they were really unhelpful and do not appear to consider the support element really significantly, though they declare " We're usually pleased to reply ANY concerns regarding some of our items."
