Dynamic Roofing agent, Dave Bethers, completed a contract to replace my roof which was severly damaged due to golf ball size hail. I signed the contract for an amount and fully expected the work to be completed. One month later in an e-mail from Mr. Bethers he stated "Let this e-mail be a clear statement of our intentions to withdraw from the project at this time". Dynamic Roofing then attempted to raise the price for the repairs. It went from $5,455.56 to an amount of $8,124.51 for the same repair work to be completed. It is not legal for Dynamic Roofing to cancel a contract and then come back and raise the price. This constitutes illegal practices on their part as a contract is legal and binding. I believe Dynamic Roofing practices are unethical.
