8/24 got e-mail authorizing recurring refill of reversatrol (not ordered) and $39.50 charge plus $1.20 Int'l Trans Fee. Called Terneckhelp.com-What is this? A diet/energy pill& I did not order, can I get a refund and cancel further shipments? Yes, no problem, the refund will arrive in 7-10 days and no more shipments. I did not see the e-mail or call until 8/30 and that is the day my debit card was charged, not on the 24th as e-mail stated. No money refunded and 5 wks later another debit charge from H-M Support for the $39.50 $1.20 and customer service lady with very poor Oriental influenced English again promised to cancel and refund. I cancelled the debit card and do not expect squat for a refund.
