I placed an
order for a refrigerator on 11/7 on Sears.com. On
11/11 I received an email stating that the order was canceled due to
improper processing (by Sears, not myself), however the $1738.37 for
the fridge was already taken from my bank account (payment made via PayPal). I have yet to receive a refund for that canceled order. I have called,
emailed, and chatted with Sears, my bank, and PayPal and every
company seems to be blaming the other. I am so beyond aggravated.
And of course Thanksgiving is on Thursday, we are going out of town
and have NO money in our account. Please help. I don't think I will
ever purchase from Sears or Kmart again.
