My husband visit the store last week. Spend over 700 USD. We decide to order online. Order processed but awaited for the shipping quote. A fee was deducted from my credit card. A so called "ghost" fee. WTF? I did not gave anybody permission for this. They are also still waiting form my bank to verify my billing info? I place an order with another company Monday. My order is almost in SA. I'm extremely disappointed with this service from Fetish Factory and will NEVER do business with them ever again. I have informed my bank of this fraudulent transaction and that I did not give them permission to process anything through my credit card. This is the first time I ever experience this from any online company.
