ALL of the "training and support" takes place at their corporate headquarters in TEXAS! My Denver "regional sales manager" Bruce Patch didn't mention this. I found out after receiving a stack of books with a telephone number for "support". Not only are the cleaning machines MUCH more difficult than they make them appear, but so far NOT ONE CUSTOMER! I'm baffled! How could they get away with such a large scale, nation-wide SCAM for so long?
I'm in the process of trying to get a refund but it look like I'm going to need an attorney.
Please learn from my mistake, do not buy into jani king!!
