Yelp refuses to modify their filtering system to permit legitimate, professional reviews to show... Even when the reviews are verifiable. Nor will they entertain any requests to address the problem.instead, they permit anonymous people to write whatever they want, not taking into consideration any other factors. There is no protocol, verification or anything else to legitimize the reviews on professional businesses. As a result, Yelp inadvertantly destroys small businesses. Yelp should take a clue from websites such as zillow for lessons on how to ensure reviews are professional, legitimate and dignified.
