I should ahve never decided to use this company. There were red flags from the begnining. I guess I know why now they are the cheapest bid out there, they rip you off. It started by trying to get Bill out to my house to perform an estimate. I could hardly get ahold of anyone, and no one showed up twice when they said they would. I still sued them, and when worke started iot seemed fine. But I was wrong. The work was bid to be done in half a day to a day. Well it took two days, so the first night we were left without power and heat, and Bill and his employee worked well into the night int he dark the first time. That same day my fiance heard them constantly arguing and yelling at eachother. Bill left his trainee to perform most of the work. He yelled about that it wasn't getting done fast enough. My fiance also heard one of them say that our house was "sh*t" and that is why it was taking so long to finish. They also left quite a mess, and the story kept changing as to what could and couldnt be dont, etc. It was confusing. After the work was compelted, we paid in cash. Bill had to alter the bid because he coudlnt perform some of the work quoted. He coulnt alter one of the switches, and he couldnt add an outlet in the hall. So our total prriced dropped a bit. Hoever, we had the total from the orignial bid in cash. Bill had no change, so he was shorted 5 dollars, and said to consider it a housewarming gift. Nice huh? Welll, no. Since Bill was in such a hurry to leave because he was mad he underbid the work, we never got the chance to do a walkthrough. I performed one and realized at least two things were done wrong, or not done. One, he wrired the firnace fan incorrectly. So we had to go outside to the panel to turn it off and on when we needed. Two, he didn't add an outdoor gfci receptacle beneath the panel like he said he would. So I contacted Bill, and he said he would be out to fix it. Never gave me another call, never showed up. A few weeks later we had a furnace guy out, and he ended up fixing the furnace fan switch problem, not Bill. Bill finally called me back to try to seel me a furnace and make sure the furnace guy didn't do anything wrong... But he never came out. He said he would be out to add the outdoor outlet, but again never showed. Fast forward a few weeks, I continued to send multiple emails and phone calls... With no response back. Finally a little bit ago, he emailed me saying eh was out of town and he would be by on Monday night to install it. He never showed, again. I have sent more emails and more phone calls, and now I am no linger reciving a response back. I contacted an attorney, although I am not sure the price is worth it. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I wouldnt never use this guy again, and I hop no one else does either. He has gotten good reviews (one he left for himself!), and it makes me wonder why on earth I was treated that way I was. I understand he was upset because it was more work than he anticipated, but this is just crazy.
