I just picked up a couple items at Kohls as I had $30 Kohls cash, a $10 promotion discount and 15% MVC senior discount. I told the cashier that I understood that a 20% discount was also available, and in that case I would substitute the 15% with the 20%. The cashier said that the 20 is available only if I sign up for a charge card. He seemed in a hurry to go to lunch as he was sort of arguing with another associate that it's time for his break, and she said it wasn't. Anyway, I later found out that there was a 20% discount that could have been applied if I used my MVC charge card. I can't say that I was that disappointed as I was able to save quite a bit.
