It has been 2 weeks since my initial submission and 1 weeks since my account was stolen. It took 1 week for them to initially respond that they needed my secret questions and answers. I responded that day, and the next day i couldnt access my account. This was the only prompt part of this whole ordeal. It took 4 more days to get an email stating my account was moved from awaiting reply to assigned to an agent.
But 4 days later the site still says awaiting reply, 1 week after my account was changed, which the site says will not be done until payment is issued. I have sent over a dozen emails since via several channels they provide on site, and have recieved no response. Meanwhile i still cant touch what is mine.
