Dolpin International Shipping Ripoff fraudulent business clients belongings are held hostage they refuse to talk might be on the run Florida

I have been lied to by Dolphin International, and they will not respond to a written complaint about this (see below). Their claim of extra cubic feet that they charged for, and their not responding to my complaint about this, is suspicously similar to their treatment of other clients who have been scammed and cheated by them (documented on this website). The bill they sent me, among other errors, includes $2100 as not paid, the exact amount that I indeed already paid to have all our household belongings shipped to Frankfurt, Germany. I have registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of S.E. Florida and am in contact with the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC), who also know all about the unethical and illegal actions committed by Dolphin.

Pearl, at the FMC, has tried to contact them to at least find out where our belongings are, but they are not available, corroborating all the other evidence of their unavailability. Given all the overwhelming evidence against them over the last few months on this website alone, all the harm they have already done to others, and given my own horrible experience with them, I can read the writing on the wall and think it would be like throwing money to hungry thieves if I met their demand for more money before my belongings can ship out. So I need to take preventative action to save myself from getting ripped off like the others, and to help others in their struggle against Dolphin.

I want to join others, some of whom have complained on this website, in legal action against Dolphin. I am asking for any assistance possible from the usacomplaints.com.Com website editors in contacting everyone interested. First we need to get in contact with each other and so I created a Yahoo user group to do this. Someone else (Soren from Denmark) reported he had already done this under the name Victims of Dolphin, but I didn't find it, so I created it myself.

I think we should go at Dolphin with as many strategies as possible. Soren from Denmark has written they have filed with the FBI, and I will too, also with the Attorney General's offices of the three states that they have done business in. Top priority for me would be to join the legal suit, already mentioned by one victim, headed by a good lawyer. We need a lawyer who knows how the make the pain and suffering argument, because that is truly what we have been through, and we want to be compensated for that pain and suffering and/or have Dolphin and its principals punished and put out of business (for good they have changed their name I don't know how many times). I am in Germany now but might be in Washington D.C.in about a week and could do some footwork for the legal suit.

Winter is blowing in here in Germany and we have no belongings nor winter clothing nor money to buy any for my wife and me and our two children, ages 10 and 4, and Dolphin is to blame for our not having our belongings after four months because they have not answered my contest of the bill. I want my money back from them, I want my belongings back and I want them out of business and prosecuted so that they cannot hurt any more people. I want them brought to justice to the extent of the law commensurate to the harm they have done to so many other people.

In sum, 1) Suzana lied to me in her estimate about there not being any extra charges (and there were, for crating and materials, of $843; 2) she claimed and billed me for 81 extra cubic feet which I of course cannot verify and is one ominous pattern that I referred to above because many others have mentioned this same extra cubic feet; 3) the bill has $2100 on it as unpaid, which was what we in fact initially paid; 4) I have contested the extra crating and materials fees formally in an email to Kathryn (aka Megan) Kaiser on the grounds that Suzana told me specifically that there would be no such charges, and I have not got a response on that issue, which is another ominous pattern, namely, simply refusing to answer customers with complaints; and lastly 5) given, as I said above, the overwhelming evidence of Dolphin's deceit and scam on this website, along with my own horrible experience, that these people have perpetrated, I cannot entrust them with any more money nor time and certainly not with all my belongings that our family of four so desperately need right now.
