I opened my verizon phone bill today, 10-15-04, and found fraudulent charges of $19.95 for oan services, ripoff

I opened my Verizon phone bill when I got home last night from work and there was a charge of $19.95. I never authorized these charges and the service was never rendered. I am so mad. I caller Verizon and they told me that I would have to call OAN to have these charges removed. I tried to call the 800# provided but no one answers. This is such a scam!!! This company needs to pay for their dishonesty and they will. I am reporting them... And i am going for a class action suit.
