Jc Penney -Augusta Mall: An spot to work on; the management promotes personnel to mistreat new hires; implementing large worker turnovers, & wrongfully shooting great employees, and verbally or actually abusing individuals, and occasionally employees - making them to stop!!! JC Penneyis promotes bias, work discrimination; just permitting females to become managers, providing awful jobs to black-men, and bad customer support, & inexperienced retail managers; continuously dropping loyal customers, escalation in robberies, large worker/supervisor turnovers, because of lawsuits against JC Penney & allegations of discrimination towards male customers, and continuously employing awful managers who mistreat great workers!!! -Posted by Karen
