Att is a big rip-off service. I got a collect call from someone and did not accept the call, and they told me I was still responsible for the charges on my phone bill. Then when I asked to speak to a superviser they kept me on hold for five minutes and then came back to the phone and told me that all the supervisers were in a meeting. Before I talked to the second guy I talked to a lady that told me that whether or not I accept a call I am still going to be charged because when the person making the call started the call I was being charged and that if I didn't answer my call and the answering service picked up I would still be charge for the call. So they expect me to pay $6.71 for a one minute call. So what good does it do for them to ask whether or not you accept charges if they are going to charge you anyways. There company needs to be shutdown and the people that work for them need to be the ones to pay for all the charges that they charge people. Then they always have the nerve to call you and try to get you to switch your local and long distant carrier. I wouldn't go to them if they were the last phone company on earth.
