Be AWARE these guys are working out of Jim Newman's house and are taking deposits and holding customers money hostage... Classic bait and switch operation. He takes a deposit and then from his home will call moving company after moving company soliciting your move and making the whole deposit you put down as profit.
I have done some research and some of these company's Allstate is subbing out too are nothing but 2 GUYS IN A UHAUL. Unfortunatley Jim Newman is getting away with this get rich scheme for now, but if you do your research. All he is doing is running a MICKEY MOUSE operation out of his house! He has 2 other reps working from home doing the same thing so BEWARE OF THESE SHEISTERS!!!
Make sure if you are inquiring with moving companies, the first question you ask is if they OWN THEIR OWN TRUCKS if the answer is no// STOP THE CONVERSATION RIGHT THERE you can easily find a DIRECT MOVING COMPANY THAT ISN"T GOING TO TAKE A THIRD PARTY FEE and put your personal belonging in just any subcontracted truck:/ Check out protectyourmove. Gov or dot. Gov plug in their MC number or DOT number in the search box and make sure it doesnt say broker anywhere, that is ussually where the nightmare begins. Good luck and have a great move!
