Was a customer for SIX YEARS! Got transferred and called to cancel - SDS said I just missed the window by a few days and they auto renewed me for a full year and will ruin my credit if I do not pay. This is how they treat a loyal customver.By the way, this doesn't even get into the less than stellar service we received. I will be filing a BBB complaint and doing what I can to educate others of their unethical practices.
