I went to the Cost Cutters in Sevierville, TN... Located between a Belk and an Outback. I have never experienced such a lack of customer service as I did here. The employees clearly don't care about their customers or potential customers, and in turn they really must not care about their jobs. I went in about an hour before closing on a Wednesday night, about 6pm. I saw two employees working, both were waiting on customers which is fine, but not one of them acknowledged that I was there. No one offered to sign me in, nor did anyone say "we'll be with you soon"... Not even a "hello." After as new minutes of standing at the front counter, I sat down. 10 minutes later and still no one greeted me so I got up and left.
