McAfee
Seams to be charging extra for what should be standard service

McAffe Internet protection allowed a Trojan ZeroAccess to enter my computer. I tried their on line solutions with out success. Called for help and told would need to pay an additional $89 for assistance. Doesn't seem right. Setup? I'll clear my harddrive and reload my program.
