I was very disappointed with American eagle online shop work.in Dec'11 I made the order with the delivery to Russian Federation, during the next 2 months they reported me of my package is on its way, but in 2,5 months I received the message "we are sorry that you never received your order, we will make a refund partially". No explanations, no refund untill now. Good work, fellaz!
