I visited Roberto's Winds in mid- August. I was going to purchase a Selmer Soprano Saxophone Mouthpiece (http://www.robertoswinds.com/view_product.php? Prod_id=2783). The sales associate/clerk decided the asking price on the mouthpiece was not adequate and decided to raise the price after a conversation with a second sales associate unless I bought other merchandise. I walked out the store. Apparently, this is a common theme for Roberto's Woodwinds. I searched for other reviews and found these reviews in Yelp. I contacted the potentials customers via email on Yelp and confirmed that Roberto's Winds will apparently do anything and everything to rip-off their customers.
