I am a member of the Utherverse for more then 4 years now. Technically it goes waaaay down the darin and updates do not repair what they should repair. I have been waiting for customer support to help me wth an issue:
It seems that i cannot see the clothes i am wearin. To be able i have to restart RLC. When i do it crashes...
I have talked to the tech service, but they dont know what is going on. It is not my PC nor my configuration. They told me this would go to customer support! That was THREE WEEKS AGO and i still havenot heard a thing!
Utherverse Customer service was maied by me TWICE and they just do not respond. They do not give refunds, so i think THIS IS FRAUD!!
They promise a product and the product dont work. When it dont work you are entitled for your money back not? Well Utherverse thinks otherwise and i still have NO HELP.
I do pay 20 DOLLARS A month, i am a designer and builder and i cannot design becuase my Clothes arent showing up. This means i cannot do my workl properly and i pay 20 dollars a month for the cats c*nt!
