I bought hair products from this internet shop on the 19th of June and have not received them to this day. I contacted them twice on the phone before and agreed to send the products as they were still waiting for the orders from their suppliers. I have since then contacted them on email requesting for a refund as it was already two months and since then I have not been able to get in touch with somebody on the phone.
