This guy claims to be web designer but in reality he is actually fraud. All he does is he takes a flashy website and put his mobile number on it and use it to advertise cheap web design service.
Currently we have been able to trace to website belonging to him and none of the mobile numbers on the his site is accepting phones calls now because several people are looking for him. The websites are:

What he will do is to simply dump these two sites and set other ones promising cheap quality web designs but his details are always the same because needs them to accept bank transfer payments.
