I ordered almost $200 worth of school clothes, shoes and accessories for my family on 8/29 and have not received any merchandise. I did receive a confirmation email, but nothing since and can't get anyone by phone. Normally my kids would be patient, but one of my girls is a tween and you can't mess with a tween's wardrobe. Also, just so happens my husband decided to get a few things... Great! They sure took the money when I hit "submit"! Anyone have any advice or direct lines to support? There is nothing on the mobile site.
