I worked for Live Oak Lawn & Landscaping in San Antonio TX from June to August. I decided to move to Houston TX to get a job offshore so I quit my job there. I talked to Bryan & gave him my new address to mail my check to. He said no problem. August 17th, payday, comes around so I wait & call him on the 18th. He said he gave address to Lance & my check would be mailed by Tuesday, August 21. Cool!
Well, I have waited & called Bryan at least twice a week since August 21st, & I get told the same thing, if they even bother to answer calls. "Your check is in the mail", "I dont know why you havent gotten it yet", "Let me call Lance right now & see whats up".
Well, I am sick of it! I need my check to get my TWIC card & clothes just to work offshore. These people are causing me to lose $100's of dollars everyday that I could be working. They owe me only 60 hours of work ($540)! Thats not a lot to them, but I'm guessing since I'm young & this was my 1st job ever they decided they could screw me.
Just a warning... You do not want to work for these people if you actually like getting paid!
As for their services... People who hire them need to know they dont pay their employees for doing an honest days work.
