I ordered a few items in June. I expected that have a bit of a wait for custom-made goods (which were paid for immediately), however, it is now almost October and I have received nothing.
When I inquired as to the status of my order I was told that it would be in the mail by the week's end — that was mid-August.
I have tried since to contact the owner/operator via e-mail and received no response. The toll-free number is out of service. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
