This was my first time buying any type of jewelry online. I wasn't really sure that it was a good idea because like clothes, I like to try it on first.
I have a 1.32 carat round diamond that used to be my grandmother's, and I wanted to have it mounted on a ring that I couldn't find anywhere in Chicago. I looked at some online places and not every place would do it, and some said that if they did the ring wouldn't be returnable, which was unacceptable to me.
When I called Zoara, the rep (I think that his name was Dan) was really nice and assured me that they would "be more than happy to mount it" and that the ring would be returnable. All that he requested was the measurements of the diamond so that they could make a perfect fit. Since they had the closest ring to the one that I was looking for I went for it.
When I got it, it was SO PRETTY! It was so much prettier than the picture on the site, and the sidestones were of really great quality (Dan later explained that they matched the color of my diamond which was a E, at their expense).
I'm happy, my hubby is happy, and he hinted that he will be getting me a diamond studs for Valentine's Day, also from Zoara. I can't wait!!!
Hands down, Zoara was the best online jewelry site that I visited.
