Susan st james spells charged 3000.00 dollars now want answer phone or return the money and has been 6 months

Payed susan st james to do a spell and nothing ever change. Then could not get her on the phone. When i did i asked for the refund and was told she was still working on it and the money was gone. It has been 6 months and now want answer the calls or send the money back even tho she said it would only take her a couple wks and they was a money back gaurant
