Jim is the most unfriendly person I have ever spoke to in my life. I was not sure about using him but with his low cost comparatively I thought I would give it a try since I wasn't trying to get a high level job, just entry level and haven't had a resume in the past. He complained the entire time on our 5 minute phone call about not being able to hear me. When I spoke up he picked a fight with me saying, "We have a problem here". I said, "No actually I am perfectly happy with the conversation." (I already gave him my money and my home address, I didn't want any trouble). He then yelled at me and said that we have a problem and he wasn't going to work with me and he would refund my money... Now I am sitting here trying to understand what just happened. He takes my info, money and won't spend any time talking with me and then hangs up on me and refunds my money... Not sure why he goes through the trouble but I am concerned about my safety as he was really weird, and has my info... DO NOT use him.
