For some reason, this company thinks they can charge me four to five times for going through the toll once. If I would have known they would do this, I would have avoided it and spent an extra twenty minutes going through town. They also think it is ok to add late payments before they even send you the bill. Have tried to call, but I am always on hold and have to give up after an hour. I'll send an email and hope I can resolve it that way.
