I ordered shoes for my brother's birthday in August. He has yet to receive them even after numerous angry emails. Their responses consist of promising you they will get you your items but there's a problem at the warehouse. Then after several more emails they say that shoe is out of stock and to please choose another or they will refund my $ back. It has been several months and I need my money back. My little 16 year old brother was vvery disappointed. I am still going to try to get my money through emails but it seems hopeless. Never trust this site with your money. The "free "2 day shipping policy" is a joke!
