First i called them. They asked for 1420$ as clearance fee which we sent through WESTERN UNION. Then we sent wireless $9000 as agent's bank transfer fee to: CAM BANK (CAJADE AHORROS DEL MADITERRANEE) SWIFT CODE: CAAMES2A IBAB NO.: ES71 2090 2101 41 0080026597, AVD PAIS VALENCIA 64 TORRENT SPAIN. Account name: LOUIS PAUL BOLOMO Acc. 2090 2101 41 0080026597. We have no other information.

Then we sent wireless for $9417 as half of 3%tax on 615810$. Till date i have spent total $22000. When i asked them to use that amount, they said winning amount is insured.insurance co. Not mentioned.
