I recieved a Award Final Notification saying that I won (SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND TEN US DOLLAR ONLY). It had a some sort of digital (taking of the internet) seal on the top of the letterhead.
It told I had a claim agent named DAVID HAYA who 10% of my winnings would go to. Of course, it told his telephone number (01134 678 274 497) and fax number (00134 665 186 347).
The letter of notification (pink in color) was from the International Promotion/Prize Award Vice-President. His name is Jose Luis Miguel. This is how he wrote the date 14/01. The letterhead said it was from Madrid, Spain.
The other form to fill out (white in color) asked for Name, date of birth, marital staus, bank name, bank routing number, and a next of kin address. However, this form is from Rome, Italy. It asked also to sign on the dotted line and date. And for quick delivery, to ensure I get the prize money, I should fax the form.
How could my claim agent who is based in Rome, Italy be in contact with the vice-president in Madrid, Spain?
