I did not know there were so many problems with Living Social until I encountered one myself. I purchased a moving company deal (Elite Interstate) where no one ever returned my call and I was told I could not get a refund because I was not verbally told by the merchant that they would not honor the voucher. If no one calls me back, how would I get anything verbally? I encourage all to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) because as of now, they have an "A" rating, which is ridiculous judging from the number of complaints I have read all over the internet.
