I'd recommend against performing ANY enterprise with this particular organization. We requested a custom cat litter box hider from Hawkswill and in the operator - Keith Payne. We were recommended that she (yes, a she) required the cash, including delivery expenses, before she began the kitten hider for all of US as she had a need to spend her wood individual for that materials first. A check was delivered for the whole quantity, including delivery - over $700.00 total expenses. She actually named us 2 nights after we requested from her to determine if we'd delivered the check. Keith charged us additional for shipping ($200.00 complete delivery), because it had been delivered to Alaska at that time. After 2 weeks passed, we named Keith, and we were informed that she was looking after her aged parents, and also the cargo could be postponed. Additional time passed... And much more reasons. It's been more than 2 decades today, and we've NEVER obtained the item or perhaps a return. Keith CONTINUES TO BE ongoing to market on her site, therefore ideally, people is going to do some study on websites such as this before they purchase from her. It is a disgrace that she's still running a business, and benefiting from people. Ideally, the Attorneygeneral's Workplace in New York may close her along eventually.
