I cancelled a contract via certified letter with the Wilhelmina Brown agency.
They still had the nerve to take money out of bank account even when the contract was broken in July. I know they received the letter because I have the receipt saying so. I have called numerous times, as well as emailed Justin Brown, head of this scam agency. No one replies to me at all.
I have read reviews on here and online that it is a scam, and that he is a snake. I don't know what to do or what my next steps should be. I am so upset that he runs such a shady business preying on peoples dreams. It is unethical and sad. He must have no morals to do that. I just want my refund and the contract to be over. I don't understand how he can ignore me. He must be a big baby to do that.
It is so simple but he is dragging it out. I can't believe people like this exist. Makes me not want to pursue acting anymore.
