Western Aggregates LLC is a trucking company that supplies earth produces (sand, rocks, etc...). On Sept 23 I was on my way to work around 6:30 am, when I got about 2 miles from work one of there truck came blazing down the road throwing rock all over the road we could see it coming up ahead but there was no where for us to go every car on the road moved as far off the road as they could but it didn't matter. The rocks hit the person in front of me which he was on a motorcycle and he got banged up pretty good, the rock splattered all over our car busting up our window pretty good. The truck never slowed down but we still managed to get the license plate number. No one has heard anything from the company I have even sent the Vice President of the company Don Elliott an email and no one has heard anything from them.
