Charles Silvers, President and owner of Silverline Industries, located in Covina, Ca. Was manufacturing Tack Strip for the Floorcovering Industry. He decided that he wanted to sell his company. He prepared and signed an agreement offering a fee if the Company could be sold for a minimum amount. After the sale was acheived at the min. Price he would not honour the agreement. To this date he has not paid the fee which he volunteered.
Instead he has made threats against the individual to frighten him so that Charles Silvers would not have to pay the fee. This is a dispicable act and clearly shows the character of the individual who cannot be trusted. Collection efforts are continuing and will not cease until the Debt is paid in full. Other individals, considering doing business with Charles Silvers need to be aware of these facts and avoid being defrauded. People like this do not change.
