Check Process ck was deducted from my cking acct. 8/2 in the amt. Of 30.00, they said the would return to my acct. That was 12 days ago. No action done, now i am unable to reach them by phone. Unknown

This Co. Took $30.00 from my cking acct. I called, they said this was for credit check. Didnt say what co. I asked for a credit back to my acct. I was very angry, they said it would be refunded with in 10 days. I have recd. Nothing. Now I am unable to reach them by phone. I was put on hold, them a buzz and then a dial tone. I am on social security, I can not afford this. It caused a overdraft on my acct. Shirley, Blue Springs, MO 64015
