My wife and I both signed up with Credit Unlimited, on 03/23, for help repairing our credit. They charged each of us a $99.95 initial fee and $69.95 per month for services rendered on the 23rd of each month. They insisted on debiting our checking account. On July 1, I sent an e-mail terminating their service, and explaining that they had done nothing to improve our credit, and, in fact, our credit scores went down after the banks retaliated to the letter of dispute they sent out on our behalf. On July 18th, one of the reps from Credit Unlimited called me to discuss a document. I explained that I had terminated their services and she claimed they did not receive the e-mail. They debited our account again on July 23rd and took a full months payment, $69.95 for each of us. I contacted them again, by e-mail and by USPS, and asked that they refund the unearned portion of the charges. To date, they have refused to return anything.
