We hired B and B movers to move our property from our old residence to our new residence. During the move they damaged some of our items. I contacted the owner of the company and he wanted us to text and email pictures to him. We did so right away. He then contacted me and assured me that his insurance will pay for the damage. I have a text from him stating that his agent will be out to my residence. He is now avoiding my calls and has no intent on making this right.
