I called the company to report a tear/puncture in my couch. I wasn't exactly sure how it happened it was just there after company left. I explained that there was a hole, where I could see the foam batting and the black under threads. However the cause tear or puncture I didn't know. Please send an expert to clairify if necessary.
After waiting for 2 weeks and no reply I called to hear that my claim was denied because I was to vague. I reentered that everything it could be was covered. Their reply was sorry claim denied. I paid 130.00 for a useless piece of paper. The furniture store attempted to pursue this on my behalf but was told that they could not reopen the claim. I didn't know that I had to be an expert in fabric tears in order to file a claim!!
