Appliances Connection failed to honor white glove delivery and removal of old appliance. They were offering a $25.00 unpack and bring appliance to kitchen offer. They also had a special price on removal of old appliance for $29.99. When the driver delivered the refrigerator he mentioned he would have to leave the boxed appliance on my front porch and no removal of old appliance. I called customer service and they offered to try and locate someone to perform services paid for, how long would that take? I declined. I asked that the fees paid for services not provided be refunded to me. The refund was processed quickly. I then asked for additional compensation for having to remove packing, move the appliance into my home and removing the old appliance, they apologized and declined. The reduced fees for delivery and removal were one of the reasons I chose to purchase from them. I now think this is a scam, they entice with low priced services with no intention of following through. Fortunately no issues with the appliance itself as sounds like others are having a difficult time with returns.
