This company west bay acquisitions are trying to collect on hollywood video accounts on debts that are over 3 years old. They have no proof and also do not answer their phones. Thye tell you to call them with in 30 days to dispute the debt or the debt is automaticly being refered to court
They are sending out letter I am guessing to every hollywood vodeo former customer and telling them they owe for missing movies or games and more, Next door they got 3 letters for 3 different former occupents to the house.
This is a blanked scam by this company to milk money out of people they are wiulling to damage the credit rateing and more to get what they want.
In trying to call them their direct talk to an agent line is an auto hang up, the hollywood vidoe line is a 10 min silent wait then hang up. They do not want to talk to your help resolve the issue they just want yout money,
I use to work for hollywood video and I know for a fact that the movie they claim they want was not inthe system, their system for lost and returns was buggy and had lots of data base issues
