Managing director of ebuyer ignores concerns - customer services

I am partially deaf.

I had a number of concerns about the enote messaging system and customer service. As I failed to receive satisfactory answers OR no answers to these concerns via Enotes and email, I decided to use the 'Contact the Managing Director' online form.

However I received NO reply from the MD despite a couple of reminders and 2 weeks of waiting.

I eventually managed to find the email address for the MD i.E. Asanchez@ ebuyer.com and decided to contact him directly. However I discovered that their server classified my tiscali email as spam and rejected it. I therefore had to use my hotmail address to forward my email to him with the additional question why his server was blocking my tiscali address.

His initial reply was to ask me to call him on his mobile. I replied by stating that I am partially deaf and so this would not be an option. I therefore emailed him again explaining that I needed an explanation in writing. This was 5 days ago.

His lack of response speaks volumes. His website might as well remove the 'Contact the Managing Director' link as it has no value.

I will therefore not be shopping at ebuyer.com.
