Poor Customer Service Response - Airsoft station

I purchased an airsoft gun for my son for Christmas. Shortly after, a part on the gun was defective and broke. The website was shutdown and stated if you filed a return form, you would receive a response in two days by email. We have waited over a week and still no response. The phone is never answered and a recording tells you to call back later, but no one answers. I tried posting on the Airsoft Facebook page, only to have my posts deleted. If we do not get a response by the end of this week, we will be forced to contact the Better Business Bureau. I only shopped on this site because it had a good customer service rating. We won't be using this site again if this is a sign of their lack of customer service and censorship.
